June Berg, Director
Our director, June Berg, has a Master of Music degree from Northwestern University. In the Sweet Adelines organization, June is a Certified Director, Certified Music Arranger, a Certified International Faculty Member, and a Certified Music Judge.June has been active in Sweet Adelines for 30 years and is a highly respected vocal coach, director, teacher and arranger. She travels regularly, both nationally and internationally, to coach and judge groups of women singers in the Sweet Adelines organization.
Susan Musgrave, Assistant Director
Riverport's assistant director is Susan Musgrave. She joined Sweet Adelines as a member of the Forked River Chorus in 1979, serving as an assistant director and interim director, as well as a baritone section leader in the years since then. In her non-Sweet Adeline life, Susan is an elementary school teacher at St. John's Lutheran School in Burlington. She also teaches middle school students Language Arts, Music, Art and Science. She is very involved in her church, where she sings in two choirs and teaches a weekly Bible study class.
