Fred get down with Riverport in Detroit
|
Although the heart of Riverport is its members, the chorus' supporters are
just as important. Some men who deserve special mention are the heads of Riverport's
Risermen Crew - Mark Grebe and Fred Froeber. The risermen are the men (mostly our husbands!) who help set up, take down, and move our risers when we
perform or compete. Many of them even travel with us when we go to international
competition to cheer us on. But these guys go way beyond simply dealing with risers.
They come to rehearsal week in and week out, reassure us that we're singing well, and
always provide a source of laughter or a light moment when we need it. Thanks for your
love and support, guys! |
